Student Questionnaire
1. What has FAB taught you about accountability?
It taught me to be accountable for my homework in school. To help out around the house with out being asked. To be accountable for my actions on the court and off the court.
2. What do you like most about the program?
I really like the engineering and just being able to spend time with my teammates.
3. What do you find most challenging about the program?
What I find most challenging is that people just criticize us and prejudge us before they even get to know us...
4. Are you proud to be apart of the program? Why?
I’m proud to be apart of this team cause it really made me stronger and to do what you do best.
5. Why do you think FAB is different from other programs?
Other programs are just about basketball but fab is not it’s about You. And how you are doing in schooland how you can get better.
6. Do you enjoy the events and programming FAB promotes?
Yes, it seems to me that everything we do is helping us.
7. What would you change about the FAB program if you could change one thing?
I would change how people look at us,.
8. What do you think about your Coach? Does the coach teach where you can fully understand?
Yes. If we need a breakdown or something they will break it down to where your like “that’s enough I understand.”
9. Do you feel you have improved as a player as well as a student from being in the program? And how so?
I have improved a lot through the last 10 months. As a student and a basketball player. For one, I never played organized basketball before last March 2012. I know that this program has believed in me enough for me to be considered as one of the best 5th graders in the state skill wise. And confidents wise, they never gave up on me even when I couldn’t make a lay up or dribble with my left hand. I’ve always been an above average student FAB just enhanced my knowledge and wisdom with a different perspective to treat school and my education.
10. Do you want to be apart of this program for years to come? Why?
Yes! I would love to. I think fab is going to get noticed as one of the best program in this state. When people start to use their heads and “ Think.”

6th Grade FAB

Our 6th grade team played pretty good this weekend. In the championship game on Sunday against Park Center, FAB came up short by 3 points. FAB 6th grade controlled most of the game from the beginning. Which brought on the attitude to play not to loss instead of playing to win. Even in a loss we still have that championship mentality and have to use this game as a learning experience to propel us forward. This is FAB's 2nd loss to Park Center by 3 points and only their third loss of the season. We will bounce back and be stronger from it. Got To BELIEVE!!!
